I can see why people say it's scummy, but nobody is making you buy the skins, so if they were to deteriorate (which would be realistic) it would be the buyers fault for spending money on opening things, or buying the skins.Ready to test your might? I also don't really care about skins detereorating as I'm not a big fan of a majority of the skins, and I persoanlly find the ones with marks in them a lot nicer looking a majority of the time (exceptions are the single color skins, ie Royal Blue for the CAR-4). Correct, skins will never get worse, and will remain in whatever quality that you obtain them in. Besides, like Optimist Primes said, it's probably either Valve or whoever the publisher is that made them do this whole Skins thing.
